Swim team
The Poolcats have raced out of the Woods of Parkview pool since 1986. About 100 swimmers suited up in 2025 — and you don't have to be a club member to join them.
Join the Poolcats
Registration and all team information live on the Poolcats' SwimTopia site, with separate registration for WOPHA members and non-members.
You don't need to be a WOPHA member to swim. Club membership is not required to join the team — though members get discounted registration.
New: Junior Poolcats
Our new Junior Poolcat program welcomes swimmers ages 4 and up. It's a gentle way for the youngest kids to learn the strokes, get comfortable racing, and grow into the team.
New to the neighborhood?
Swim team is one of the easiest ways for families new to Woods of Parkview to meet other parents. A season of meets and practices does the introductions for you.
The season

May to July
The season runs from early May to early July, with 5 weekly meets.
County Championship
The season ends at the County Championship, July 11–13, 2026.
An Olympic finish
