The pool
Six lanes, a diving well, and a baby pool — plus the clubhouse, bath house, and pavilion. It's the center of the neighborhood all summer. Here's how to use it.

Rules & guest policy
The short version: members in good standing swim, guests sign in, and kids under 9 bring a parent.
Who can swim
- Members in good standing — Full or Annual — and their guests.
- Residents who are Social members may not come as guests of other members.
- Residents who are delinquent in dues may not come as guests of other members.
Bringing guests
- Up to 5 guests per member household per day. Immediate family of members doesn't count against the 5.
- All guests must sign in.
- Local non-member guests can visit once per week (Monday–Sunday), no matter which member hosts them.
- Out-of-town guests: unlimited visits.
- Babysitters, caregivers, and long-term house guests are exempt from guest limits — just give the Board written notice.
Kids at the pool
- Children under 9 must have parental supervision at the pool.
Wristbands & gate access
- Members wear the current season's wristband at the pool. New wristbands are waiting for you at the pool the first time you come — no separate trip needed.
- The pool and tennis gates use an access code shared with members by email. Please don't pass the code outside the membership — it's how we keep the facilities for members and their guests.
Occasional early closures
- The pool hosts Parkview Poolcats home swim meets and the team banquet, so it closes early a handful of evenings each summer.
- Closures are announced ahead of time on the neighborhood email list and the calendar on the Community page.
